As Super Eagles of Nigeria prepares for the October
friendlies against Congo and Cameroon, which are to be played in
Belgium, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has revealed new venues
for the encounters.
The new Eagles will play their first game on October 8 against Congo
in Vise and then slug it out with the indomitable lions of Cameroon in
Dendermonde-Belgium, three days later.
The Nigerian contingent will now depart the shores of the country
tomorrow October 6 after sorting-out visa hitches which had prevented
them from traveling earlier.
However, West Ham forward, Victor Moses has opted out of the
schedule. According to Complete Sports, Moses in a letter to the
football federation explained that he was taking precautionary measures
as regards injury and quickly added that he sees it as a setback for the
head coach, Sunday Oliseh.
The Nigerian player played was substituted early in the second-half When West Ham played a 2 – 2 draw with Sunderland.
